What exactly does "AGILE" mean?
Every day the industry is confronted with the word "AGILE". What exactly does "AGILE" mean and how does it affect our familiar way of working? In the industry, many experts share the opinion that a method called "SCRUM" is the solution for the future. Is this actually the case? With all the talk, other terms like Kanban, SAFe, LesS, Nexus, ... come up.

AUTOMOTIVE SPICE
Established reference model?
Automotive SPICE is an established reference model that can be used in the automotive industry to evaluate development process chains and their supporting processes in a standardized way. By using a so-called "Process Reference Model" (PRM), the standard provides a process landscape that facilitates the implementation and evaluation of the capability in each of the selected areas. On the other hand, the standard uses a so-called "Process Assessment Model" (PAM) to measure the capability of the selected process areas.
Automotive manufacturers (OEMs) use this standard to ensure established and robust processes of their suppliers. We understand Automotive SPICE as a model to analyze the most efficient usage of processes in your company. Initially, we focus on understanding Automotive SPICE at each role level in your organizational and development chain.
