Agile Frameworks, what exactly is it about?
All of us hear every day something about the word “AGILE”. What does this mean? In the industry many experts share the opinion, that agile is the solution for the future. But is this really the case? Going more into detail some nice terms are coming into mind like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LesS, Nexus,… What is the search of the right method for exactly which goal?
We would like to introduce you into some aspects of the definition of “AGILE”. Introducing to some of the agile frameworks from a theoretical view (Artifacts, Roles, Events) we would like to show some GOs and NOGOs, which can lead to an effective solution. We build on this theory and work together on the practical day to day seen situations and examples.
