In the last years of my professional career I did have the chance to gain useful experience in globally scaled projects. My major challenge was to harmonize the Automotive SPICE requirements in an agile framework driven environment. Day by day I recognized that the term “agile VS ASPICE” must be replaced by “agile WITH ASPICE”, which helps especially the automotive world in finding solutions.
