DURATION: 1 DAY
WHAT DOES IT MEAN AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
In traditional development environments the roles of each member is clearly defined. Agile working models have more the approach of “real Teamwork”. Instead of defining the role of a team member the focus is to define the role of the team. Here we are talking about self-organized teams. With Pros and Contras this approach has proved itself to be an efficient and solution-oriented way of development of products.
Primary we would like to give you an overview of the differences of major characteristics in traditional and agile development teams. We focus on understanding the view of an architect or developer in a self-organized team. In discussions we find out some Pros and Contras of different type of tools and methods during the development (sprint). We build on recommended theory and work together on the practical day to day seen situations and examples.
GOALS IN ATTENDING THIS TRAINING
We assume you have many open questions in your mind, which you carry with you day to day. This list of questions getting more and more…
"We are asked how many features we can develop in one sprint. Can we commit on this?"
"As an integrator in the sprint there are some phases, in which I need to wait. Is this efficient?"
"During the sprint many requests are coming in from the customer. How do I handle this?"
"By focusing on the value driven development I have the feeling like we are forgetting our architectural work.
Is this ok?"
Let us understand the standard and find in practical examples the answers to your day to day questions.
